Jodi Carlton, MEd, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Publisher Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with Inside The Misunderstood Mind, our publication hosted on Substack (the “Publication”).

Substack operates the platform on which the Publication is hosted and independently collects and processes certain information when you use its services. You may unsubscribe from Publication emails or change available email, subscription, and notification preferences using the controls provided by Substack.

Unsubscribing from Publication emails does not necessarily delete your Substack account or information maintained independently by Substack.

We may still communicate with you when reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry, administer a subscriber benefit or program, address a privacy request, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Publication may contain links to websites, bookstores, retailers, social-media platforms, products, services, or other third-party resources.

We are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of third-party websites and services. When you leave the Publication or interact with a third-party service, that third party’s privacy policy and terms apply.

The Publication may occasionally contain affiliate links. If you make a qualifying purchase through an affiliate link, Jodi Carlton, MEd, LLC may receive a commission. Purchases are completed directly with the third-party retailer or service, which processes your transaction and payment information according to its own privacy policy and terms.
